TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple body-based method created by Dr David Berceli that helps the body release deep muscular tension and stress through a natural shaking or trembling response. In a session, I guide you through a few gentle exercises that activate this tremor safely, then we let the body do the rest. You stay fully in control the whole time. Most people feel calmer and lighter afterwards.
It’s genuinely free, and there’s no catch. It’s a 30-minute conversation on Zoom where we talk about what’s bringing you here and whether TRE® is a good fit. It is not a sales call — if I don’t think I’m the right person to help you, I’ll say so. There’s no obligation to book anything afterwards.
