My Story
A good life —
that wasn’t quite mine
I studied international management and then spent three years working as a financial journalist. It was a real career, a normal life — something that made sense on paper.
But there was always this background feeling I couldn’t quite shake. A sense that I didn’t entirely fit where I was. That somewhere just beyond the visible — beyond the job, the routine, the expected next steps — there was something more. Not in a dramatic way. Just quietly, persistently there.
I wasn’t running from anything terrible. I was running toward something I couldn’t yet name. So one day I stopped fitting myself into a shape that wasn’t mine, and I let go of the life I had built.
What followed was years of moving — geographically, internally, professionally. I traveled to India. I lived in spiritual communities and participated in retreats. I taught yoga, which had been part of my life since my teenage years. Yoga gave me the first insight of the connection between me and my body — that I’m one with my body. Many years later, ideas of non-duality showed me that I am one also with life itself.
I’ve always been fascinated by human nature — by this extraordinary complexity we carry as human beings. The capacity for both complete self-destruction and remarkable self-realisation. That range has always struck me as the most interesting territory there is.
My TRE Journey
When the body —
finally caught up
Even after all that searching, something was still quietly stuck. I had real clarity — a perspective that felt honest and earned. But the body hadn’t fully caught up.
Certain patterns kept surfacing: a low-level tension, moments of flatness, a guardedness I couldn’t explain away. I came to TRE almost by accident — at a retreat, out of curiosity more than necessity.
And something shifted. Not in a dramatic way. Not all at once. But when I started practicing regularly, within a few months I began doing things I had never done before. I became more open, more confident, more at ease in my own skin.

That realisation is why I now share this work. I found something that genuinely helped, and I know how long it can take to find tools that actually work.

What I love most about TRE is its simplicity and independence. You don’t depend on anyone else. The intelligence lives in your own body. My role is simply to guide you to trust that intelligence — and then step back and let the process unfold.

What surprises people about you?
“That I used to write about financial markets. People sometimes expect a TRE Guide to have always lived close to the earth. I had spreadsheets and deadlines first.”
What fascinates you about human beings?
“The gap between what we understand and what we actually feel. We can know something completely — in our minds — and still carry the opposite in our bodies. That gap is where all the interesting work happens.”
Do you still struggle with things?
“Yes. Always something. The difference is I have better tools now, and I’m less afraid of what comes up. That’s the honest answer.”
What is yoga to you, after all these years?
“An old friend. Not a discipline, not a performance — just a constant, honest companion. It taught me how to listen to my body before I knew that was what I was doing.”

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a somatic practice developed by Dr. David Berceli that activates the body’s natural tremoring reflex to discharge accumulated stress and tension from the nervous system. I teach it because it’s the most honest tool I’ve found — it works through your body’s own intelligence, without needing to talk through what happened.

I’m a certified TRE® Provider (TRE® Global), a 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and trained through the Biodynamic Health Institute Ukraine and TRE College UK. I work from a trauma-informed approach, and all sessions are available in English and Ukrainian.

Yes. All sessions are available in both English and Ukrainian. If Ukrainian is your first language, you’re welcome to use it throughout — the intake conversation, the session itself, and any follow-up can all be in Ukrainian.

All my sessions take place online via video call, which means I work with people anywhere in the world. I’ve worked with clients across Europe, Ukraine, the UK, and beyond. TRE® is just as effective remotely as in person.

I bring a background in yoga, trauma-informed practice, and years of personal somatic work alongside my TRE® certification. I don’t use a script — every session adapts to what your nervous system is ready for that day. And because I found TRE® after a long personal search myself, I understand what it’s like to arrive at it as a felt experience, not just a concept.
