The Three-Month Arc
How the program
unfolds
Three phases, each building on the last. The progression is deliberate — from building safety, through deepening release, to real ownership of your own healing.
We begin by laying the foundation: building body awareness, safety, and a strong connection with the TRE® process. You’ll receive clear instruction, guided practice, and support in recognising your personal stress and tension patterns. Nothing is rushed. The nervous system builds trust at its own pace — and this phase is about giving it exactly that.
You’ll begin to feel what safety in the body truly means.
As you begin to practise TRE® independently between sessions, we focus on supporting the release of old holding patterns. I’ll help you recognise what’s shifting and offer gentle adjustments to support your integration. You’ll begin to notice more space — emotionally, physically, and energetically.
Release doesn’t mean pushing. It means making room for what your body is ready to let go of.
This final phase helps you root into the stability you’ve built. You’ll receive tools to carry forward on your own: daily regulation practices, embodiment and reflection tools to deepen your emotional clarity. Together, we’ll create a sustainable path for continued self-regulation — one that belongs entirely to you.

I bring both professional expertise and lived wisdom to this work — and I understand what it means to keep searching for something that actually helps, long after you’ve tried everything else.
I’m a certified TRE® provider and yoga teacher with years of embodied practice and a trauma-informed approach to everything I do. I work with people navigating chronic stress, complex trauma, and the particular exhaustion of having done a lot of inner work without yet feeling the change in their body.
My approach is grounded, paced, and attentive. In a three-month program, I’m not just a session facilitator — I’m a consistent presence through the whole arc of the work. Each phase builds on what came before it, and I’m alongside you for all of it.

Yes. The whole program is structured around safety — specifically, the kind of safety that’s built gradually through the body, not assumed. We move at your pace, always within your window of tolerance, with gentle adjustments as your nervous system responds. There’s no forced processing, no retraumatisation, and no point at which you’re asked to push through something that doesn’t feel right. Professional guidance throughout means your responses are monitored and the approach adapted as needed.

Talk therapy addresses cognitive understanding and meaning-making, which has real value. TRE® facilitates physiological release that often leads to emotional and mental shifts naturally, without needing to reconstruct a narrative. In practice, almost everyone who completes the full three months notices meaningful changes. The body rarely fails to respond when given enough time, enough safety, and the right conditions. If something isn’t working at any point during the program, we adapt — that’s the purpose of the ongoing support and check-ins.

The 14 sessions are distributed across three months, typically with slightly more frequency in the early weeks when the foundation is being laid. We schedule around your life — sessions are 60 minutes each, conducted online via video call. Between sessions, you have access to email and voice check-ins for questions that arise during your independent practice. Everything is paced to allow integration, not just accumulation of sessions.

No experience is needed. The first phase of the program — Regulate — is specifically designed to introduce TRE® at a deliberate, supported pace, even for people who have never tremored before. If you’d like to experience a single session first before committing to the full program, that’s also a completely reasonable path: the introductory session exists for exactly that purpose.

Yes. The program can be paid in full at €497, or in three monthly payments of €170 each — taken on the same date each month, aligned with the three phases of the program. Both options include everything: all 14 sessions, the resource library, the check-ins, and the full support structure. Select your preferred option when you book.
