What happens
across the package
Each session builds on the one before it. The progression is deliberate — from orientation and safety, through deepening, to real independence.
We start with your history — what brings you here, what your body has been carrying, and any relevant background. Then your first guided TRE® session. The first one is always the most surprising. Most people don’t expect to feel as calm as they do afterward.
We deepen your relationship with the tremor process. You begin to notice what your body does — where it holds, what patterns emerge — with curiosity rather than concern. I adjust the approach based on how session one landed.
By the third session, most people are noticing things between sessions — in sleep, in relationships, in their general level of tension. We explore different positions and variations that help the tremors reach deeper patterns.
You’re learning to listen. This session focuses on your capacity to guide yourself — recognising when the tremors feel right, when to slow down, when to let something move through. I begin stepping back intentionally.
Tailored to where you are. Some people are ready to work with more challenging areas of holding. Others are consolidating a practice that’s already working well. Either way, we go where your body is ready to go.
We review what has shifted and build your home practice — a clear, personalised routine you can use independently, indefinitely. This session is about leaving you capable, not dependent. TRE® is yours now.

I’m not here as someone who has arrived somewhere you haven’t. I’m here as someone who found a door — and wants to show you it’s already open.
I came to TRE after years of searching — through yoga, through spiritual practice, through living in different countries and different versions of myself. I had real clarity in my mind. But the body hadn’t fully caught up. There was still a low-level tension, a guardedness, a flatness I couldn’t quite explain away.
TRE helped me out of it. Not all at once. But gradually, consistently — in ways that yoga alone hadn’t reached. What I love most about this work is how little it asks of you beyond showing up. The intelligence is in your body. My role is to help you trust that, and then step back.

No experience needed. The first session is specifically designed for people who’ve never tremored before. We go slowly, I explain everything as we go, and nothing happens before you understand what to expect. Most first-timers are surprised by how natural it feels.

No. This is one of the things people find most relieving about TRE®. You don’t have to explain, revisit, or reconstruct anything. The body does the work through its own physiology — not through talking or cognitive processing. You can share as much or as little context as feels right. The method doesn’t require a story to do its work.

For most people, yes — and often the changes start earlier than expected. Sleep is frequently the first thing to shift, usually by session two or three. What takes longer is the deeper structural change: how the body responds to stress, the baseline level of tension. Six sessions is enough time to make a real start on that. The honest answer is that you’ll know much more by session three than you do right now.

Exactly like in-person — through video call. You’ll need a comfortable space on the floor, a yoga mat or blanket, and a stable connection. I guide you through every step in real time, just as I would in the same room. The tremor mechanism doesn’t know the difference. I’ve worked with people across Europe, in Ukraine, the UK, Asia, and further. It works.

Most people space sessions 2–3 days apart, completing the package over about two to three weeks. The first session is 90 minutes. The remaining five are 60 minutes each. The gap between sessions matters — it’s when integration happens. We schedule around your life, and rescheduling with 24 hours notice is always fine.

Life happens. Any session can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. The full package must be completed within 2 months of purchase to keep the momentum of the work. If something unexpected comes up, just reach out — I’d rather find a way to continue than lose the thread entirely.
