I’ve created these offerings to support your journey of healing with TRE®. In our sessions, you’ll have space to let your body release stress, soften tension, and discover a deeper sense of ease. Many people tell me they feel lighter, calmer, and more connected with themselves after practicing.

If you’re curious to try TRE® for the first time, I’ll guide you gently step by step. And if you’ve already started, we can go deeper together at a pace that feels right for you.

Booking & Payment

To confirm your booking, payment is required before the session. Depending on where you are, you can pay in euros or dollars, and I’ll share the most convenient payment option for you.

Once you book your session by email at info@trehealing.com, you’ll receive a confirmation message with:

  • payment details,

  • possible time slots to choose from,

  • and a short list of what you’ll need to prepare for the session.

Cancellation Policy

  • If your plans change, please cancel at least 24 hours before the session.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the start, or not showing up without notice, will be charged at 100% of the session fee. Exceptions are made only in cases of true emergencies involving a threat to life.

  • To cancel or reschedule, simply write to me at info@trehealing.com.

I started doing TRE at a time when I felt like I was carrying the weight of the world in my body.
